• Contact WMTCC by telephone or email

• Schedule a site visit, discuss scope of work

• Request a job order proposal

• WMTCC will produce a job order proposal including a written scope of work and line item proposal describing tasks, quantities and total cost. Unit pricing will be as per our TCPN contract using R.S. Means unit price book, the appropriate city cost index and our approved coefficient

• Review job order proposal, schedule, completeness and all other terms

• Client issues a purchase order based on the job order proposal
